ABUSA

I wanted to transfer my portfolio from another broker to ABUSA. They said they do not accept in-kind transfers for my asset type. I had to sell, withdraw, deposit, and rebuy - incurring taxes and spread costs. They did not tell me this before I signed up.

I closed a profitable position at ABUSA and the profit was not credited for 5 days. Support said it was a settlement delay. When it finally arrived it was less than the amount shown on the platform. They could not explain the difference. I have moved my account.

I had a dispute with ABUSA and went to their complaints process. They have an internal team that just defends the company. Then they said I could go to an ombudsman - but the ombudsman they use is industry-funded and rarely rules for the client. The system is rigged.

I signed up with ABUSA from a blog post comparing services and the first red flag was the aggressive account manager who would not stop calling. After depositing, the promised support vanished. Withdrawals are delayed with endless excuses. I have reported them to the regulator.

My card was charged twice by ABUSA on the same day. I had to dispute it with my bank. ABUSA then froze my account and said I had a negative balance because of the chargeback. They created the problem and then punished me for it.

If you are reading this considering ABUSA - run. I wish I had read more negative reviews after attending a webinar they hosted. I thought the positive ones were real. Maybe some are. My experience over since mid-2025 has been so bad I feel obligated to warn others. Do not make my mistake.

Do not use ABUSA for anything serious. I used them since I opened my account last year for small trades and it was okay. When I deposited a larger amount and traded more, my account was flagged, my withdrawals were delayed, and I was asked to explain my trading. They treat active traders like criminals.

Several red flags with ABUSA: (1) They promise unrealistically high returns, (2) They're not registered with Financial Markets Authority, (3) Their contact information is vague, (4) They pressure you to deposit quickly. I recommend everyone do thorough due diligence before investing with any company.

Their two-factor authentication was optional when I joined. I enabled it. Later I lost my phone and could not log in. ABUSA recovery process took 3 weeks and required notarized documents. By then I had missed important trades. Their security is your inconvenience.

The platform itself is okay, but the customer service at ABUSA is truly awful. I waited weeks for a response to a simple inquiry. When they did respond, it felt like a generic template that did not address my specific issue at all.
